KAPU – Guided Learning Experience

(KAPU is operated as part of the Provider’s professional language coaching services.)
1. Scope of Services
The Provider offers online language learning and coaching services, including:
KAPU – a 4-week guided learning experience, delivered online
Individual Neurolanguage Coaching® sessions (1:1), when explicitly offered
Digital educational materials (PDFs, worksheets, workbooks, checklists, etc.)
These services are delivered online via platforms such as Zoom, Payhip, and related tools.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all KAPU-related services and digital products.
2. Formation of the Contract
2.1. Participation in KAPU or coaching services
A contract is formed when the participant:
registers for the KAPU program, or
books a coaching session via an online scheduling system, or
purchases a coaching package or digital product via Payhip.
By registering or purchasing, the participant accepts these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
2.2. Digital products
In the case of digital products, the contract is concluded at the moment of successful payment on the Payhip platform.
3. Conditions of Coaching and Learning Services
3.1. Session duration
Individual coaching sessions typically last 45–60 minutes, unless otherwise specified in the given program.
3.2. Packages and validity
Coaching packages are generally offered on a prepaid basis.
Unless otherwise stated, coaching packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
Specific terms, pricing, and validity periods are always displayed on the Payhip platform.
Individual agreements may be made on a case-by-case basis.
3.3. Payment
Payments are processed via Stripe (bank card) or, in exceptional cases, via bank transfer.
Services are provided only after successful payment.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling (Coaching Sessions)
4.1. Cancellation by the participant
Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
4.2. Late cancellation
Cancellations within 24 hours of the session time are considered used sessions and are non-refundable.
4.3. No-show
If the participant does not attend the session without prior notice, the session is considered used.
4.4. Cancellation by the Provider
If a session is cancelled by the Provider, a new date will be arranged or the session fee will be refunded.
5. Technical Requirements
Coaching sessions and live elements of KAPU take place online (primarily via Zoom).
Participants are responsible for having:
a stable internet connection
suitable technical equipment
If a technical issue occurs on the participant’s side, the session is considered used.
If the issue occurs on the Provider’s side, the session will be rescheduled.
6. Recording of Sessions
Sessions may be recorded only with the participant’s prior consent.
Recordings:
may not be shared with third parties
may not be published
can be deleted upon request by the participant at any time
7. Digital Content and Withdrawal Rights
7.1. Access and withdrawal rights
Upon purchasing a digital product, the participant receives immediate access to the content.
According to EU consumer protection regulations, the right of withdrawal expires once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded.
By purchasing digital content, the participant expressly acknowledges this condition during checkout.
7.2. Intellectual property
All digital materials are the intellectual property of the Provider.
Participants may use the materials for personal use only and may not:
share them with others
copy or reproduce them
publish them
resell them
8. Pricing
All prices for services and digital products are displayed on the Payhip platform.
The Provider reserves the right to change prices.
Price changes do not affect already concluded contracts.
9. Limitation of Liability
The services provided do not constitute psychological counseling, therapy, or medical services.
The Provider does not guarantee specific learning outcomes.
Participants are fully responsible for their own learning process, decisions, and results.

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Hungarian law.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Hungarian courts.
12. Amendments
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Amendments take effect upon publication on the website.
